Step 1:
Download Zoom
If you don’t already have Zoom installed, you can download it for free:

Check Your Email
Every morning at 7am EST, members receive an email with the Zoom schedule and links for that day’s virtual classes. Make sure you're subscribed and check your inbox or spam folder regularly.

Step 3:
Click "Join This Meeting"
When it’s time for class, click the link in your email. Zoom will launch automatically. You may be placed in a waiting room—don’t worry! A staff member will let you in shortly.
Make sure your volume is on so you can hear the instructor. If you want to be seen, turn your camera on—but it’s totally optional!

Zoom Tips
Mute / Unmute
Keep yourself muted unless the instructor invites conversation.
Camera On / Off
Use the video icon to turn your camera on or off.
Full Screen
Click the square in the top corner to enter full-screen mode.
