Group Classes at Parkinson Place Center
Our group classes are at the heart of what we do—offering over 100 in-person and virtual sessions each month designed to support both body and mind. From fitness and balance training to voice therapy, cognitive games, and art classes, every session is thoughtfully crafted for individuals living with Parkinson’s and their care partners.
Led by expert instructors in a supportive, energizing environment, these classes help improve mobility, boost confidence, and foster meaningful connection.
